Integrated reinforcement - with lightweight aluminum
TECHNO PRIME can be finished on both sides with primers or thermoplastic films. This means it can be used immediately in laminating, extrusion and injection moulding processes without pre-treatment. In this way, lightweight, solid components can be produced at low cost.
Nanotechnology is used to create durable metal composite surfaces with decorative (e.g. metal colouring) or functional properties (e.g. electrical conductivity). In the coil-to-coil PVD process, layers of genuine metal are deposited on different substrate materials, such as aluminium or stainless steel.
