Innovative surfaces for base plates in electronics 

Our many years of experience and expertise in the field of C2C PVD-coating has also enabled us to establish ourselves in the production of COB-baseboard material in the electronics industry and to become a technology leader. From optical to metallic and insulating coatings in coil-to-coil processes, we produce strips and plates for chip-on-board, circuit board and lead-frame technology as well as copper and other metal substitutes. Our trademark is high-end coating systems on a microscopically, virtually flawless surface with the best temperature, moisture and UV-stability. Our top product, MIRO^® CoM, is used by all well-known manufacturers of CoB-modules as a base plate for LED-lighting fixtures and features an impressive reflection coefficient of up to 98 % which significantly increases the efficiency of LED-modules.
