With four anodising lines, four PVD lines, one lacquering line as well as three slitting lines and two cut-to-length lines at our company location in Ennepetal, Germany, we produce functional and decorative surface qualities for a wide variety of sectors on an industrial scale. Our high-quality products are used internationally in the lighting, solar, automotive and electronics industries and are found on surfaces for façades and ceilings, furniture laminates, signs and name-plates and in household appliances.
In addition, we continually strive to design innovative and sustainable products. To this end, our interdisciplinary development team works closely with long-standing industrial partners and international research institutes to develop new solutions that offer real added value to a wide range of industries.
The high quality of our products and services is the cornerstone of our customers’ confidence in us. In a specially designed testing and development centre with application-specific testing facilities, our products are evaluated, measured and constantly checked so they are in line with international standards. In addition, we continuously monitor all our processes, and our quality management system is certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
All surface finishing processes inevitably require the use of primary energy, consumables and water. Conserving natural resources has therefore been an integral part of our corporate philosophy ever since our company was founded. We are constantly optimising and monitoring our systems as well as the downstream environmental technology (exhaust air, waste, sewage). A functional hazardous substance management system also ensures our products comply with REACH, RoHS, WEEE and EoLV requirements. Since 2011, we have been producing using only “100% green electricity” from purely renewable energy sources. Our environmental management system is certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14001:2015, and our energy management system is certified in accordance with ISO 5001:2011.
